Lineups go in once, positions I through VI. From there the app tracks every rotation, flags the wrong server before the whistle, counts substitutions against the USAV domestic limit of 15 a set, and records both liberos’ every exchange, the part paper crews still track by hand.

Phones nearby join over Bluetooth with no Wi-Fi, by code or by Watch nearby, and see every point as it lands. A spare tablet on the wall becomes the courtside board. When the scorer’s tablet has internet, the same scores reach vollefy.com/watch for everyone else.
