Event Media Release

For each player at an event run on Vollefy, accepted individually in the organizer’s registration waiver or signed at check-in. Separate from the liability waiver.

I understand that Vollefy LLC (“Vollefy”) and its photographers will photograph and record video and audio at this event. I give Vollefy permission, without payment to me, to record my name, image, likeness and voice at the event and to use those recordings, in any media now known or later developed, to report on the event and to promote Vollefy events, the Vollefy app and website, and volleyball. Vollefy will not use my image to suggest that I personally endorse any other company’s product or service without my separate written permission. I may withdraw this permission for future uses at any time by emailing support@vollefy.com; withdrawal does not affect material already published or printed before Vollefy received my request, but Vollefy will remove images of me from accounts it controls on request.

If you do not tick this box you may still play; you will be given a no-photo wristband and we will not post images in which you can be identified.

Anyone may opt out at any time: wear the red no-photo wristband from the check-in desk, tell a Vollefy photographer, or email support@vollefy.com; we will not publish new images in which you can be identified and will remove existing ones from accounts we control.

The captain’s acceptance covers only the captain. Every rostered player must accept by link or at check-in before the first match.

Model Release - Featured Use

For a person Vollefy features in advertising, app-store listings, the website or sponsor posts. One form per person.

advertising for Vollefy, including paid social media posts;
Vollefy's app-store listings;
the Vollefy website, including the images on its main pages;
posts and material Vollefy makes with its sponsors.

Describe each image, or give its file name.

Before each image is used, Vollefy will also ask me for a one-line yes, by text or email, for that image.

How long, and taking it back
