Vollefy is two parts that work together. This web console is where you set up your tournament and watch the whole day from one screen. The scoring tablets — running the Vollefy app on each court — handle the live scoring. As tablets score matches, results flow straight back to your console, so standings and brackets stay up to date on their own.

From the console, open Tournaments and choose New. A five-step wizard walks you through everything: Basics (name, dates, divisions), Format & Rules (scoring and pools), Courts & Officials, Teams & Schedule, and Review & Create. Most events take about five minutes, and your progress saves as a draft automatically — so you can step away and pick up where you left off.

Enter teams during the wizard's Teams & Schedule step, or anytime afterward on the tournament's Teams page — use Add Team to type one in, or Import CSV to bring in a whole list (you can Export CSV too). One thing to know: individual player rosters and on-court lineups are entered on the scoring tablet, not in the web console.

Every court has its own QR code. Open the tournament, go to a court, and show or print its QR code — you can also print QR sheets for all your courts right after you create the event. The person running the tablet opens the Vollefy app and scans that code to claim the court. From then on, everything they score on that court flows back to your console automatically.

Your Live Dashboard is the command center. It shows every court live as matches are played, and standings and brackets update themselves as results come in. A side panel keeps Up Next, Recent Results, and Pool Leaders in view. Want it on the big screen? Open Live View switches to a fullscreen court board you can put on a TV or projector at the venue.

Once all the pool matches are final, the bracket panel on your dashboard unlocks a Release brackets button. Click it and confirm — the bracket seeds from the final pool standings and the matches go out to the courts. After that, winners advance automatically as each bracket match finishes.

Sign in from the login page with your email and password, or with Google. In Settings you can change your password and turn on two-factor authentication — a one-time code from an authenticator app — which we recommend for anyone running live events.

On the login page, choose Forgot password? and we'll email you a recovery link to set a new one.
